Academic Programs

AHS offers a wide variety of programs designed to help students prepare for their future careers:

  • Career Technical Education
    Arroyo offers six Career Technical Education pathways with advanced coursework and hands-on projects to prepare students for careers in industry sectors such as Arts, Media, and Entertainment, Business and Finance, Engineering and Architecture, and Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation.
  • Dual Enrollment & Advanced Placement
    Students can earn college-level credit and/or placement while still in high school for over 15 courses.
  • Visual and Performing Arts
    As a California Gold Ribbon School, Arroyo offers an award-winning performing arts education, crucial for developing well-rounded individuals with enhanced creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
